ABSTRACT
This paper presents a novel approach to automating legal contracts by integrating logic rules with large language models (LLMs). We propose a sophisticated method for combining formal logic representations of contract clauses with state-of-the-art natural language processing techniques. Our contributions include a novel integration method, complex rule inference algorithms, and a real-world case study showing the effectiveness of our approach in automating legal contracts.
