ABSTRACT
From the beginning of recorded history, industry has been using trademarks to identify and differentiate their products or services from others of the same type and quality. Traditionally, due to the significance of trademarks for trade and industry worldwide, most countries have adopted legislation to enforce their rights against real world infringers. However, in the 21st century, trademark owners must be aware of metaverse world infringers.
