Assistant Professor in Comparative Private Law: Candidates should be willing and able to teach undergraduate courses in the area of Comparative Private Law. We are particularly interested in candidates in the areas of Contract Law, Tort Law, Property Law, Family Law, Corporate Law and Commercial Corporate law.
Professor of Practice of Law: The Professor will be in charge of developing and managing the IE Law School Legal Clinic. In particular, she/he will have to select cases, accompany our students in their entire clinical work, design and teach legal clinic courses, and interact with the Clinic’s stakeholders, including pro bono applicants, institutions and law firms. The areas in which our Legal Clinic offers legal advice are very diverse, covering topics of public and private law.
