ABSTRACT
What a case, and what a beautiful decision to analyse (Google LLC v Oracle America, Inc, US Supreme Court, No. 18–956). The case that I am about to analyse is not just about copyright infringement and more than a billion in damages. This story is about changing times, about an era where a constant and voracious pace of innovation is overwhelming legal systems, and in this case, copyright law.
