Call for Papers: Reimagining the Teaching of Torts, a one-day workshop: Birmingham Law School, Friday 17 April 2020

An exciting, rich, and diverse corpus of theoretical and doctrinal work currently exists within the discipline of Tort law, however, there has been comparatively little work done on how we ‘teach’ Tort: the pedagogical methods we utilise to make our teaching more inclusive; the ways we include critical perspectives into our lectures, and attempts to decolonise curriculums.
