“The conference may be of interest to private lawyers. As has become customary, the interrelationship between public law and private law forms one aspect of the overarching theme, while more generally the convenors aim to encourage discussion and debate of public law issues among those drawn from different legal disciplines. Furthermore, in 2018 the Public Law Conference and Obligations Conference will for the first time be held at the same location in successive weeks, so that List Members making the trip to Melbourne may be interested in participating in both conferences in July 2018.” “From 11 to 13 July 2018, Melbourne Law School will hold the third biennial Public Law Conference, co-organised by the University of Melbourne and the University of Cambridge.
